Board is stuck "on"

Trying to make make a hosting move. Closed the board to make a database copy, only to find later that while it states that the forums are off at the top of the site, you can still post on the boards. It will not shut off at the control panel.

Let me guess - you use an Admin account to access that board? Try logging off and/or using a regular user account.
