Help! locked out of admin cp

I used the verify ip for admin logins. Due to power being out my cable provider reset all the ip's
How do I get back into the admincp?

If you are using a plugin to verify ips then disable plugins from the config.php

disabled the plugins, got back in, however I'm using adminCP firewall and I'm afraid if I unistall and re-install it, it will have the same data and lock me out again.
Any thoughts on this?

Are u using detech security one if not a link to the plugin plz so i can test for now you can just disable that one plugin and remove the line from your config

I have the plugin disabled for now.

I would remove that plugin as there is a bug with the EmailAddressValidator
its trying to pull it from Fatal error: Class 'EmailAddressValidator' not found in /****/****/public_html/includes/adminfunctions_options.php(925) : runtime-created function on line 6
