Please help me get rid of this thing :

it does not want to go away and i got users complaining that they can not register at our forums....

I have disabled from User Registration Options the Verify Email address in Registration but that did not do the trick, what is happening ? :(

Disable all your mods, and see if the same thing happens.

ACP --> Settings --> Options --> Plugin/Hook System, set the setting Enable Plugin/Hook System to "No"

It was this default mod that i disabled :

I think its a basic vbulletin mod as i don`t remember installing it.
I think vbulletin.com should look into this in case i am right and other newbies like me in vbulletin administrating would encounter same problem

This is not vBulletin default. Either you or someone else installed this addon:

It's probably with good cause it's in the graveyard. It is good practice to click "installed" on all addons you install, so you have an overview here on site and get notified of issues.
