Put post reports as a thread in a special forum

In the community bulletin program there is a facility to take the email which is being sent out and also post it as a thread in a specified forum.

What I would like is a facility on the report post mechanism which in addition to mailing out the post reports will also post a thread in a (private) forum I will set up just for this purpose.

It would be useful for my moderators to see whats been going on.

I think you misunderstand the question. What I need is nothing to do with the community bulletin I was using that as an example of something that can post an outgoing email into a forum.

What I need is the report post mechanism to also post it's outgoing email into a forum.
