Looking for Addon to Show Threadname

Hello,

i'm looking for an addon i had in the past.
if you post a link into a thread it shows not the url but the title.

If you post an url of another thread into the post, it's not show the url it converts the url into the threadtitle

f.e

url: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=2472236

automatic converts to: "Looking for Addon to Show Threadname (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?p=2472236#post2472236)"

Hope you understand what i mean
