We did a test upgrade from VB 4.2.1 to 4.2.2. After the upgrade the member profile page is broken.
Would someone point me to the right direction as to which templates should I look to fix the issue?
Also, are the left columns in the profile page controlled by style variables under "sidebar"?
VB.com just gave me the FAQ answer - ie, disable your plug in...etc.
Thank you!

Did you try a default style to make sure it was a style issue and not a plugin issue? If it was a style issue, then a default style would fix it.

We used the default style - with no mod to the default user profile. Since we don't touch the user profile at all, I am not sure which templates and style variables the user profile is using.

It's hard to tell what is wrong from just an image. If I were to guess, I'd say your CSS is broken. You may need to upload tools.php to your /admincp (and reupload the /install directory) and then rebuild the master style.

Hello,
Can you provide step by step instructions on rebuilding the " master style" . I am consulting with my guys and we are not exactly sure what it really means. Where do I find the tools.php?
Thank you

tools.php is located in your do_not_upload directory which was in your software download. Upload the file to your /admincp. You will need to upload the /install directory (without the /cmsdefaultdata directory or the install.php or upgrade.php file) in order to run the tools.php script. Then point your browser at it, enter your customer number, click to rebuild the style.

We have done that, and nothing is fixed. We are thinking about reverting back to 4.2.1 and redo the upgrade to 4.2.2 - I would rather not to that if there is a way to find out how to fix it.

Unless you can provide a link and a test login, then we really can't tell what is wrong just from looking at an image.
