When i reading a topic. how i can know that topic has been promoted to vbCMS before?

when you say read a topic, do you mean "thread" ?

If you are talking about articles, it will tell you at the bottom of the article which thread was promoted to an article.

Yes, When i reading a thread at forum (not an ariticle at vbCMS). How i can know that thread has ever been promoted to article, before?

Because, if i don't know this, i'll promote it to article again.
