Having first post always visible, like here in Mods section

Is there a mod that works for vB4 that makes first post visible in all pages, like it is here in Mods section?

And that it can be used only in certain forums.

I see that there's many things possibly not working exactly as it should with this mod.

And just to mention when you give link to your site, I have a problem with old version of Opera (12.16), but latest Opera (18) based on webkit works fine. Not sure why, your site is the first one that doesn't work at all with old Opera. :(

Yeah there is a couple of issues with the other mod, I think other than the adsense thing, all will be worked out. Once I release the mod, anyone who runs into issues with adsense, and would provide a admin account,I could look into it, as I personally do not believe in adds, I don't have any on my site to test with.

What do you mean the url to my site doesn't work? What is it doing?

I didn't know for AdSense problem with this mod. If I would have problem with it, I'll give you access to my site, no problem.
