It says on that plugin it works with 3.8.4 you have a higher version than this also to get support for a plugin you need to post in the topic for that plugin but when you do post over there post any server error logs

An Internal Server Error is just a general error. You need to do as the error says and take a look in your server error log to see what the real error is.
