Pagination on forumdisplay shows ALL links

I have just updated to the latest vb4 version and this is now happening.

I don't have any threads long enough to test so they look ok but how can I fix this?

AdminCP > Settings > Options > General Settings > Number of Pages Visible in Page Navigator
