Need some help.

Hello.

When users login to my forums , they don't get the "logging in" page however they are redirected to the homepage where they are shown as not logged in. However, when they click another link (such as the logo) it then shows them as logged in.

Does anyone know what's the problem here? I've tried checking the cookies but it's to complex for me to understand at the moment.

If you allow users to login to your site via both http://www.yoursite.com and just yoursite.com, then you MUST have your cookie domain (AdminCP > Settings > Options > Cookies and HTTP Header Options > Cookie Domain) set to ".yoursite.com" (no quotes, but note the period at the beginning) or your users will have problems.
