User saying attachment problems?

Trying to get more specifics, but can anyone take a guess at what they are trying to indicate?

"The only issue I had concerned posting an attachment with my thread. There was a limit on the file type that seemed a strange limit number and it also took a very very long time to even get to the point where I was aware of this problem. It allowed the complete file to upload before I was aware."

They tried to upload a file that was larger than you have in your settings. ACP --> Attachments --> Attachment Manager
