Hello,
My content.php page is blank and I have followed this;
http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages
But have had no luck rectifying the problem.

Link? What is in your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host)? Are all other plugins disabled? Are you using a default style?

They were disabled when I was trying to figure out what was wrong. I was using the default style when testing.

And error like that typically means a file is missing or not correctly uploaded. If you run Maintenance > Diagnostics > Suspect File Versions, do you see any files listed as missing or not containing expected contents?

Found the issue, folder permissions weren't correct.
