Limit viewing of attachments for zero post users

Is there an Add_on like this one

which allows user to only view attachments if they have 10 or more posts?
And which will work with 4.2.0?

It says it works with vB Version: 4.x.x

Unforunately other users report thai it isn't working with 4.2.0 or higher
