Changing users title... Change Junior to New Member

I have looked everywhere, I cannot find anyplace to change the current setting for user sub titles...

Like new people are currently Junior Member, but I would really prefer it to be New Member

I've looked all over and I'm sure it's right in front of me and I'm simply missing it

ACP --> User Titles --> User Title Manager

For two days I can't find it, I finally ask for help, and then I find the right menu 10 minutes later

I've got to go through the show all settings thing a couple more times and take some notes on things I want to modify...
