Help Please: Smilies Not Showing In New Posts Section

Hello All, I'm still new at all this and have caught on to a lot of things which is great, PLUS a BIG "Thank You" to ForceHSS who actually helped me over Skype which's so cool of him to do, but anyways, something that may be a simple question to the Seniors. For some reason my smilies are not showing up in the New Posts Section that's being displayed on the side of my main home page. Is there a way to fix that? Thank you :D
