I have been working on a client site with this same exact issue. His was caused by Vbseo 3.60 exploit. It could be some other things though. Do you still have your install directory and have you upgraded to 4.2.2? if not do so, there is an exploit in Forumrunner.

Also check your file permissions.

If you need help message me or if you want to try yourself there are some fixes if you search Google for Filestore redirect hack or something similar.

It only happens when redirected from google. Do a google search for filestore redirection Vbulletin hack and you will find all the info to remove or pm me.

Do you have an older version of Vbseo installed?
