ok so 99% of the time i see this user logged in...

i figured the first time or two it had made a quick scan of my site and moved on and the system was just forgetting to change his status to offline

but its been a week now.

is this totally normal?

its funny, i owned a regional ISP for 16 years, covering all of Massachusetts and Connecticut, but when it comes to vbulletin i feel like someone who just had there first kid and there overly concerned about all the little things...

You're not watching it 24/7/365... So it's possible there are times it is not there. Is it always looking at the same thing? Can you post its user agent string?

I can't think of a time where there wasn't, at least, two Google bots indexing my site. And I have a slow board. <checking>
