What was upgraded on the server? Have you uploaded ALL new default files to your site (that includes redoing your config.php file also)? Have you disable your plugins via the config.php file? What version of PHP and MySQL and what version of vB?

vb version 4.2.0 pl3
server was down for fsck after which many inner pages were inaccessible giving errors like vbparse code error and other errors,

i have deleted all files and uploaded from backup, although those inner pages started working but no help with admincp - i have my admincp renamed to some other name

webhost has also checked disk for any erros but its not working

when i tried to upgrade - after disabling plugins from config.php the upgrade is not starting,

although modcp is woking

I would suggest uploading all new vbulletin files for your version of vbulletin.

First i removed all old files except config.php, then i uploaded 4.2.2, and checked admincp it was working

then i again uploaded old files to make sure the extra files which were uploaded on forum were copied - like plugin files etc

then admincp was working but this time only showing strage codes on header of pages, so i again copied 4.2.2 and the went to upgrade the forum.

At the moment at first look the forum seems to work.

Thankyou
