New install cant get into admincp

New install no mods, yet cant access admincp. Once I login I drop to this message. VB 4.2.2

adding define('SKIP_ALL_ERRORS', true); to config.php resolved this.

There are about 3 fixes you need to add to 4.2.2 if you dont add these you will have more problems
