Dates displayed as %27.%11.%2013, %23:%Nov

Upgraded from VB3 to 4.2.2 but dates and times are now displayed strangely, for example %27.%11.%2013, %23:%Nov.

Changing date format in admin panel has no effect. I rebuilt post cache, I analyzed the postindex table in phpMyAdmin and found no errors. I repaired/optimized tables, everything showed OK.

Is this in the default English language or in another language?

Problem solved, it was an error in the date format settings of a custom language.
