Can we have a forum for members that allow ad swapping to kick start new forums?

I think that this might help, couldn't hurt, those that have new sites that would like to get some traffic and members. Maybe a forum where members could agree to host another members ad? Not sure on specifics, but maybe thinks could get hashed out... thanks.

I'm always happy to consider an affiliation between other forums, just message me and we'll discuss it.

As for a forum specifically for this purpose... maybe. I feel like unless a BIG majority wants it, then just advertising in signatures is fine.
