memberinfo_block :)Thank you for the help in reply but that does not appear to be it... None of the images are called there... Template does not appear at all like the other quick edit templates elsewhere in vBulletin.
I'm at a loss. Example: when you click "Go Advanced" on the visitor message, you get the full WYSIWYG editor on new pageload, and i can't figure out where that template is either. These are the only two i have not been able to find in templates.

Hmmmm. it looks like it's at the top of the MEMBERINFO template although I cant see what you're looking for exactly because I think it's delivered by a script<div id="vB_Editor_QR" class="vBulletin_editor"> <div id="vB_Editor_QR_controls" class="controlbar" align="left"> <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="100%"> <tr> <td><div class="imagebutton" id="vB_Editor_QR_cmd_removeformat">Is part of the source code when looking at the profile, I think you'll have to look at visitormessage.php

I think because the visitor messaging was a later add-on to vBulletin, it's called differently than the rest of the editors - I think it's a js file in clientscript I need to be looking at.

This is actually just the Quick Reply that's used on showthread.php. It's in your showthread_quickreply template.

The advanced editor that opens up is also just the main editor in editor_toolbar_on.

The advanced editor that opens up is also just the main editor in editor_toolbar_on.Well, respectfully - it cannot be. Because I edited both of those, adding a icon to the toolbar. And the added icon does not show up in the visitor message editors.
You'll also note the VM editors don't include the "quote" BBcode icon. This is v3.8.7
EDIT: SON OF A BUCK! YOU ARE RIGHT!
I looked at your picture then thought more about this, then went into visitor messaging options in AdMinCP..... And therein lies the issue! You have to allow the "quote" BB code option in VM's in order for my icon to show up!
I had it edited the entire time, and it was SETTINGS hiding it! Problem solved and thank you soooo much!

Heh, that's okay. I was actually thinking about this, and figured that you might have already tried to edit the template, and then I remembered that you had Princeton's mod installed. I had his mod installed once, as well, and everytime I edited the templates, nothing showed up. Took me several days to realize that his mod used it's own templates, and I had to edit those instead. At first I thought maybe that was why it wasn't working for you. Glad you found it, though.

Glad you found it, though.Yes that wasn't my particular brain fart - I knew I had to edit Princeton's templates in order for my little javascript pop-up trick to appear. And I'd edited them all, and could not see the extra icon on visitor message editors and it drove me batty.
I can't even tell you the hours I spent trying to solve this before finally starting this thread - even had another friend from here in skype, he was going crazy trying to find the templates too! I am talking hours and hours by both of us, for nothing.
The editing itself was well worth it - the new button on the toolbar opens a pop-up window that loads a subfolder containing a handy dandy image uploading tool.... But the hunting and searching for a template(s) that didn't exist - not fun.
Thank you sooo much again for turning the light on for me.
