I wanted to buy a premium vbulletin theme and looking I found completevb and they have some really nice themes but people say that they dont answer support emails or ticket and that once you buy a theme from them you dont get it activated.

Is it true?

Yes its true, same as what Spangle mentioned happened to us. They take your money for the skin but you do not get a download link.
