HI..

Is it possible to post the recurring events ? I want to use it to post the Public holidays, etc. So, I don't have to put it in every year.

This is being coded for a future vB release - if you look in the Suggestions & Feedback forum and then look at freddie's thread, you'll see all the new calendar stuff that is planned.

It will be a while. The best solution if you need it in a hurry is to get a hack, but you should be aware that it will feature in vB 2.1.

In 2.1 you will be able to add recurring events based on several options such as Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, BiWeeky, etc. I am also going to attempt to put in some logic that you can add to and change such as "Last Thursday in November" or "first Sunday in April", to handle Holidays.

lol have 2.2.9 but i can not add recurring events.
