Hi friends I have installed Vbulletin 4.1.8 and I have installed Mint style but I really like I have a problem and want to know if I can fix it in the picture you can see the options to change color of letters, center it, change text, can not be view is blank.

This could be your problem, maybe this will help. :)

First, disable your plugins/hooks and retest.
Second, switch to the vbulletin default style and retest,

Make sure you host is not running PHP5.4. See @lynne's post.

If you are using non-standard Image Path setting for custom styles, please make sure you upload that file to the appropriate 'editor' for your custom style.

Upload the sprite.png file to /forum/images/styles/yourstyle/editor....

That was lifted from a similar question on the other vbulletin site when I was looking for fix. Dunno if it will help you or not, but there it is.
