Looking for a social media feed

I'm looking for a MOD/Widget, that will update social media pages, I need it to send updates to facebook page, a twitter account, Google + etc the more the better.

I've tried some on here but they seem to break if Facebook or whoever dare change a ", " in their code.

List what you have tried and why you discarded them, so we do not send you the same references that you probably searched for yourself. This is not an area that one mod will do it all for you.

They either rely on the member, or don't work because of the way Facebook and Twitter have altered their code, and have been abandoned by the author.

If there is not a working 'mod', you can still feed Facebook via RSS.

I've tried that too with Hootsuite, but it seems a bit hit and miss, or maybe it's me !
