Database error after installing Post Thank you Hack

So I installed this plugin

And I imported all the files in the correct directory but when I enable the plugin and go to a post or thread it gives me database error like this:

Database error in vBulletin 4.2.2:

Invalid SQL:
SELECT * FROM vb4post_thanks AS post_thanks INNER JOIN vb4user AS user USING (userid) WHERE post_thanks.postid IN (0Array) ORDER BY post_thanks.username ASC;

However if I disable the plugin the page loads correctly and the plugin is still active, why?

That version is for vb3 it will never work. Try this one it's a lot better (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=243510)
