I read that I was going to get 3 for .org and 3 for .com but I only have 2, why?

You need to actually create an account. Nobody creates them for you.

You are allowed to enter three emails for Priority Support. If an account is created using one of those emails, then they will be allowed to post in the forums for help (show up as a Licensed User).
