Just doing an upgrade will NOT fix the problem if you have been hacked!!!! (OK, it may for about 5% of people.) You need to go through your plugins, templates, usergroups, phrases, files, etc and undo everything they did or chances are, they will just do it again.

I not be hack i hav own vps i proviede hosting for custmer and my server is clean

so upgrade help all error gone all error for now.
