YES I DELETE THIS MODE SO PROBABLY THE FILE NOT EXIST...
SO WHAY I GET ERREOR?

Hello YOODA, send a link to your site & we can further check out what is going on.

In the meantime, check your admincp and see if there are any vbseo plugins that are left behind. Also while you work to resolve your problem turn off plugins beforehand.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Plugin/Hook System -> Enable Plugin/Hook System -> No

IT WAS BECAUSE HTACCESS CHANGES..
