my forum was hacked

someone hacked my vBulletin forum im on 4.2.1 they delete my root of my host
can anyone help

Download the 4.2.1 software from the members area and then reupload all the files to your server. If they deleted them all, then you will need to create a new /includes/config.php file (unless you keep a copy on your computer, which is what I do).
