We are using the latest version of VB, 4.2.2.
When receiving emails as sent through the "Send Page to a Friend" function, etc., the email arrives with a FROM EMAIL NAME that matches our FORUM NAME, along with the FROM EMAIL ADDRESS as defined in our email settings.
Our FORUM NAME is not the optimal name for a FROM EMAIL NAME and does not match our main site configuration which is important for consistency, whitelisting, recognition, etc..
How can we change the FROM EMAIL NAME to one of our choosing (probably the admin's full name, i.e., John Smith), and have the FORUM NAME as part of the SUBJECT LINE?
For example: John Smith <admin@domain.com> FORUM NAME Updates
I'd like this to apply to ALL outgoing emails from our VB installation for consistency.
Thanks.
