You've either been hacked, or an administrator has added Advertising code to your forums through the ADMINCP. In your style, you will need to edit the advertising templates and you will need to remove the linkbucks code from the following:
ad_global_header
ad_global_below_navbar
ad_boards_after_forums
ad_global_above_footer
Simply search for linkbucks in all of those templates and remove the instances.
Once you have done this, you need to change all security passwords. If you suspect another admin has done this without your permission, you can check the logs within the AdminCP to find out which account was used to add the code.
Good luck.

Sound to me like you are missing that file, get the same version you are running from your customer area on vB.com, and upload that file.
