Style Request.

Hey All,

Being a competent Graphic artist and comic colourist, I find myself over my head when it comes to designing a style for my new Autism Support Form...as much as I would like to do it myself, I need some professional help!.

I am putting it out there if anyone would like to help with this new style I would be grateful, We do not have any money to offer as of now because we are non profit... But I can do some graphic art, or colouring in trade...

I would like to have a puzzle and balloon themed forum... using the colours that are present.
A fixed Background would be cool as well. the logo is not done yet, I am still working on it, I needed something up when we went live.

My main issues are where everything is located I want to change, and image sizes and positioning.. I want to use gradients on my headers, and they always get cut off...

if anyone things they can lend a hand I would be very grateful.

OKay so the thread was awesome, and I have made a lot of changes, I am having one issue I can't seen to figure out...

if you look at the forum now, the crowd in the header is supposed to be along the bottom with no space... how do I lower it down?
