How can I/Is there a way to make PHPFox my CMS for vbulletin 4.2.2?

Is there some kind of integration plugin/software?

I've searched this site and all threads appear to be out of date. Please correct me if I am wrong.

If you did a search and didn't find anything, then we don't have anything available. You would need to code the integration modification yourself (or hire someone).
