vbUlletin Blog where to downlod?

Good Day I Have Forum which Running with version 3.8.7

I Have Read About Blog for Vbulletin.

Download the latest version of the Blog from the Members' Area. Be sure that you are running vBulletin 3.6.8 or newer!


But i didn't say where to downlod in my Member Area?


Please Guide me where to get it :(

Blogs licences were sold with the copy of vbulletin, they no longer do that (and i believe they haven't done so since vb3.7.x) and licenses aren't transferrable! :(

Unavailable for download and the blog can only be transferred with the vbulletin license it was sold with!

Personally, I think it is stupid.. especially if you have a vB4 Suite. Then the blog SHOULD be included for 3.8 as well....

But they the staff already messed up with the vB4 Presale.. so I can't expect anything better at this point.
