Weird Time Issue

I know that I can't receive support for a forum I'm not staff on, but this happened on KH-Flare, too (where I am staff), when going into DST back on Sunday, March 10. However, my posts on the forum I'm not staff on will explain the issue better than I can re-type it.

I'm thinking on SEGA it has to do with DST going out of effect. They're in California, but their servers are based in London, which recently went out of the DST.

However, I still don't get why the problem occurs. Even on KH-Flare the time was about two hours off, not just an hour like on SEGA, a few hours before DST even took effect.

Whether we're going in or out, DST happens at 2:00 AM; shouldn't that be when the time on forums changes?
