So the problem that my forum posts and threads got reset for the 4th time, the forum went down and gave me error and database error, then when it's up all the forum threads and posts got reset, only threads and posts, users still there also plugins and everything I added still there, I am uploading lisenced vbulletin files to the webhost, so the question is from where the problem, the webhost or from files or what, I really want to know ;(

You need to provide more information please.
What kind of error messages were you getting? Can you post the database errors that you were seeing?
Also, which version of vB are you running, and did you make sure to remove your install folder after installing your forum?
If you can provide a link to your forum, that would be helpful also.

I can't give picture because the site back normally but every post and thread gone.
Version I am using 4.2.1 and install folder removed long time ago.
The error was 503 or something like that, I don't remember which error exactly.

go to your forum
Maintenance > general update tools> and run everything in there
I had this once - fixed it for me...

You said you got a database error. Database errors get emailed to the email addy you entered into your /includes/config.php file. We need to know what that error was.

I just found out that there are a hacker who found exploit in the lisenced vbulletin forums which I am using and he was saying somethings about backdoors and RAT installing, and he threatened me to keep doing that if I didn't pay big amount of irl money to fix them, what to do?

You make sure your site is secure, is what you do. Have you talked to your host about this threat? Have you been keeping up on all the announcements lately, especially any regarding security exploits?
