I have daily database backups I havent checked the filesystem yet

What should I do?

Filesystem seems intact, im going to run a database restore

Which seems to have worked..... and its all back up and running again.

Do I need to do anything?

I would do the following, to ensure everything is clean.

First you need to follow our advisory about deleting the install folder off your forums.
