View/edit vbulletin mail queue?

Hello,

can i anyhow view mails in vbuleltin queue, select some or all to delete?
I disabled mail queue system (AdminCP -> Settings -> Options -> Email Options -> Use Mailqueue System) and there are more than hundred mails in queue, so i dont know what to do.

you could enable it again and set the Number of Emails to Send Per Batch to something higher than the default of 10 and then run the scheduled task a couple of times to get rid of the emails in the queue.
