Hey I'm a new vbulletin customer and I'm having a little trouble installing mods on my fresh install of vbulletin 4.2.2. I am able to install v3Arcade with no problems on my forum as well as styles and templates. But whenever I try to install a new type of product from here I always get this error

It just freezes there, I've read the tutorial on how to install mods on here and I'm sure I'm installing version specific mods so I'm not sure where I'm going wrong. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
