Please review my misc. forum site

We have been up for 6 years. It's misc. site with forums ranging from lifting, beer, sports, tech, outdoors...etc. Currently have over 500k posts and 28k threads. Traffic is really slow but I am looking for site improvements to drive some traffic back. Any suggestions about graphics, layout, content, mods...etc. would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Banner not to bad but skin is a bit plane

The header image is the worst thing about the style. Everything else is just ok although you could use something other than the stock status icons to approve the overall look.

It is xenforo.

Your current forum is base on xenforo, not vbulletin. style is default, if you want it better, you need improve your design first.
