Hey,
I've tried. I bought it, trusted you guys. vBulletin5 doesn't work properly. Infested with bugs, slow, and lots and lots of problems.
This is why I want to downgrade to vBulletin3, a version I never had issues with. Is this possible? I don't care if I lose all threads, keeping the user base is the only thing I care about.
Thanks

Won't you lose your userbase if their post history is gone?

I will lose my userbase if I keep insisting with vBulletin 5 anyway...

True... Don't you have some backups you can go to? When did you "upgrade" to vB5? Better to do a step back a lose a month of content than start again with no content.

"You guys"? Er, I don't think anyone here made vB5. Maybe a couple of staff members? Maybe that's not what you meant.
From 5 to 3! I think you're well past that now. 4 is far more stable now than 3, anyway. With modern versions of PHP on most servers, I don't see support rolling out for it too much longer. I believe there are some methods for "downgrading" that are technically migrating to free forum softwares, the migrating back to vBulletin. Possibly even several steps in between. You'd have to search for an importer.

Yeah, that's exactly what I meant.
Alright then, moving to vB4 sounds like a good idea. Anyone knows about someone who has already done it successfully?
Thanks
