How to sell classified ad threads?

Is there a way to charge members via PayPal, to post threads in a certain forum section? Basically the site would have a classified ads section and members would have to pay to post a new thread there.

Is there a mod that can help with this?

DBTech has a mod called Classifieds I believe that will do this.

Also, there's Panjo.com and their plugin is bundled in with the latest version of vB4.
