I am starting a new forum and want to secure it while I am building it. What security mods and others are a MUST have?

I secure SQL, SQLI attacks, XSS, LFI/RCE exploits. I prevent forum defacement, backdoors and unauthorized access. I secure the server side to from rooting and prevent malicious php from functioning.
