How many attachments in cms

I'm writing an article about cms but I have a problem, I can not attach more than 5 images. I have seen the general permits the admin and the number of attachments are at 0 but I also tried to increase this number to 999. I have seen in the attached files jpg bringing this issue to a high value, but always responds that I superto the number of 5 attachments. What can I do??
