force styler per usergroup for 4.21?

Hello all I hope you can help me.

I am looking for a mod for vbulletin 4.21 that allows us admin to force different style for different usergroup. I have no idea why isn't this a vbulletin default yet.

I've found something similar but this mod has be discontinued. is there something else like this but work with latest vbulletin version?

That product is still reported to work, so I would use it till it breaks.
