Widget help

I have been trying to add a new widget to the CMS of my vbulletin, its been highly unsuccessful, iv been given this code: <script
type="text/javascript"
language="JavaScript"
src="http://www.thoughtfortoday.org.uk/http://www.thoughtfortoday.org.uk/thoughts//thoug.js">
</script>

But when I create a static HTML widget, it doesn't show. or if I just copy and paste it to where I want it, it still doesn't work.

Can someone help me with this?
