Help with installing lite DBTech mods. Seriously struggling.

Just need to update some mods - post, thanks/like and Advanced User Tagging, but I didn't install them myself. The benevolent Hippy did it for me about 6 months ago, and I can't find the means or the brains to get them updated.

I've downloaded them, but the install instructions say the following:

1. Upload all files from the "upload" folder to your forums directory.

2. Go to [your admin dir]/thanksimport.php

3. Pick your import method

As ever, I don't get it. :o

To upload files to your forums directory, you need ftp account and also a software to run the ftp.
You can make ftp account from your Cpanel provided by your host.

Yeah. I have FileZilla, bro. Thanks for the heads up, though. Still, it's just the whereabouts in the FTP where I upload the stuff that I'm unsure of.
